Our walk-behind AV 12QX preserves quality, appearance, and life of carpets. It is quiet and surprisingly lightweight making it easy to maneuver and transport. Designed to tackle heavy duty jobs, the AV 12QX is constructed of durable polyethylene and features a 130 psi pump, providing a flow rate up to 1.2 gpm. The powerful 1.8 HP, three-stage vacuum motor provides 135-inch water lift and 95 cfm of airflow. The spring-loaded vacuum shoe is adjustable, ensuring consistent pressure and pick-up on different carpet thicknesses and uneven floors. While great at cleaning carpets, the carpet shoe is easily substituted with an optional squeegee for cleaning hard floors. Ideal for commercial cleaners and contractors; cleaning and maintenance crews: Its quiet operation is an excellent choice for hospitality and healthcare sectors.
